What happens to your payment, order information and support messages.
Payments stay with Stripe
Checkout is hosted by Stripe. FutBoostLab receives the payment status and order reference needed to fulfil the service, but not your full card number or card security code.
Private order-linked support
Support conversations are tied to the signed-in customer. Text and supported image attachments are available to the relevant customer and authorized FutBoostLab support staff, not published as public website files.
Only share what the service needs
Some boosting services may require temporary account access. Share only the information required for the agreed service through the appropriate support flow. Never send payment card information in chat.
Track the order
After payment, use My Orders to follow the recorded status and keep communication connected to the order. If something is unclear, contact Support before providing additional information.
Independent service
FutBoostLab is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Electronic Arts, EA SPORTS, Sony Interactive Entertainment or PlayStation.
